This is a classic Tiki gin based cocktail made with pineapple juice and packed with vibrant tropical fruits with hints of fresh lemon and almonds. A well-balanced drink with a dry taste. Truly delicious... Sip on!!
ORIGINAL RECIPE
· 1.5 oz London Dry Gin [Bombay London Dry]
· 1.5 oz pineapple juice
· 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
· 1 tsp orgeat syrup
Build all ingredients in shaker.Shake and double strain into a cocktail coupe
No garnish

· 2 oz Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru Murcian lemon gin
· 2 oz unsweetened pineapple juice
· 0.5 oz fresh juice juice
· 1 oz Homemade orgeat syrup
· 0.5 oz Alamea peach brandy
Build all ingredients to a blender, add ice, blend until smooth
Pour into a large cocktail coupe
Garnish with orchid and mint sprig
